How delivery works on Benue Mart

All deliveries are arranged via Fele Express, our trusted delivery partner in Benue State. Customers pay delivery fee directly to the rider upon delivery.

Customer selects delivery address and payment method. Delivery fee is calculated and paid directly to Fele Express if the customer paid online.

Review and approve the order. Customer is notified immediately.

Prepare & Click ready to Ship
Prepare the order. Once you click ready to ship, an order is automatically booked to Fele Express.

Fele Express Delivery
Fele Express handles the delivery logistics. They'll pick up from your location and deliver to the customer.

Important

Customers pay delivery fees DIRECTLY to the Fele Express rider. Benue Mart never collects delivery fees. Make sure to confirm delivery fee with the rider before dispatch.
